Bug Description
Mint 16 Cinnamon 64bit, but the problem also happened on mint 15 cinnamon 64 bit.
When using the "select an area to grab" option of the default screenshot function, the screenshot sometimes includes the green shading that was used to highlight the selected area. I haven't been able to figure out exactly what conditions cause it, but it appears to happen several times in a row. Eventually, if I keep retrying, I can usually get a clean screenshot. When it works correctly the first time, I have not attempted to repeat to see if I can get a green shading. It happens somewhere between 25-50% of the time.

This also effects me - it is very annoying!
I haven't had this happen when capturing whole windows or the whole desktop - but I find capturing areas much more useful generally.
Example attached.
