Clock 2.26.0 - Adding locations causes expanded view to be pushed off screen

Bug Description

To reproduce:
* Click Clock (the Applet), and expanded view comes out
* Click 'Edit' under Locations and add some (I added 4)
* If the panel is still open, close it
* Click Clock, note the panel looks correct
* Move cursor over the locations, which causes a button to appear on the right
* Note the entire panel grows (right-ward in my case), and partially off the screen

The clock applet is in the gnome-panel package, I believe.
