Bug Description

There is no explanation of what the 'Online Accounts' window is for. It has no help menu, and pressing F1 has no effect.

The window prompts me to 'Select an account' or add an account type of 'Google', but I have no idea what will happen if I do. As a cautious Internet user, I refuse to proceed without more information about what this application is designed to do.

I agree with Lox. I opened it and it shows that Google is the only account you can add.

Pressing F1 in GNOME Online Accounts now brings up help about the feature.

I can fix this for Ubuntu Online Accounts too for Ubuntu 13.10 Alpha "Saucy".
