Bug Description
On the Online Accounts panel, if I scroll the list of services (on the right side) the highlight is "repeated". That is, say I have the mouse over Twitter, when I scroll the list with the mouse wheel the highlighting is drawn over Twitter and newly hovered items. I've added a screenshot.
