Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Add an account to Online Accounts in Control Center
2) Call signon_
3) Make an application using signond request access to the web service so the user is prompted to re-authenticate
4) Go to Online Accounts, click "Grant Access" and then "Cancel" in the info bar
