Bug Description
I am attaching a screenshot of the High Contrast theme and the Adwaita theme rendering the ubuntu-
In both cases, the background changes significantly from Ambiance but the foreground colour remains black. In addition, the background colour for the application list's header seems to be selected rather poorly, as it should be white in every case here.
