stickynotes applet: context menu doesn't work

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-applets
every stickynote shown on the desktop has a context menu, which shows on a right click. since karmic, only a tiny rectangle (4x30 pixel) shows, and nothing is visible/clickable, thus no change of font, font-size or colour is possible.
