Logging in gnocchi-upgrade is partially skipped

Bug Description
When running "gnocchi-upgrade -d -v" all log output after running the indexer update seems to land in /dev/null, in particular the log messages from to storage upgrade are missing.
Only when I add the "--skip-index" option, I can see messages like:
2017-02-13 13:30:23.634 8097 INFO gnocchi.
2017-02-13 13:30:23.638 8097 INFO gnocchi.cli [-] Upgrading storage <gnocchi.
This is with 3.0.3-0ubuntu1~
