Bug Description
When deploying Ceph storage backend, it would be a nice feature to be able to configure a rbd_secret_uuid parameter (like OpenStack Cinder is doing) instead of keyring file.
Keyring file is often set to root:root with secured permissions. Opening it to Gnocchi might add more complexity to deployments in production.
This is an official request to have a rbd_secret_uuid parameter.
