This package has been in Ubuntu before. Why has it been removed? Is it Debian that did it? Has gnaural ever been in debian?

386 deb build is available here http://gnaural.sourceforge.net/download/ but also source which can be used to build on e.g. Karmic and Lucid and can be used to create debs. Please package latest version for Ubuntu (now May 2010).

I agree, gnaural should be in the official universe repository. It is a free and very interesting software.
At least an official PPA would be nice.
