Bug Description

Having a Save/Apply button goes against HIG. Settings should be applied instantly.

If you want Settings applied instantly we have to recode the settings window in c++ and not in python. Who wants to recode the python script: gloobus-preview-configuration ? :P

Anyway it would be a good thing to get the settings applied instantly.

How about a work around for now? We save the settings and restart
preview with the last file. But later we should definitely apply them
without restarting.
