Glance unittests are very noisy and spit out many ERRORs despite the tests succeeding

Bug Description

See http://logs.openstack.org/64/102664/1/check/gate-glance-python27/36aa4a5/console.html for an example of what I am talking about it. This makes it hard to understand when things actually break. Where do you start debugging?

Can we clean this up so that the WARNINGS and ERRORS are either not emitted at all if this is normal operating procedure or make sure that the test suite writes those to disk rather than stdout unless there is actually a failure?
