Bug Description

Functional tests that cover situations where an upload is in progress and other events occur on that image ID, specifically a delete, needs to be added.

I am looking to have tests that while uploading a file with 1 connection
another connection performs some other operations on it (delete
primarily). And then checks that the results from both connections are
as expected.

Got it and agree +1, since we don't have any functional test for image upload.
