glance_store does not seem to have changelog available in tree nor in pypi https:/
This is causing issues to track major changes (specifically on .patch releases) like indicated in:

How normal deployer was supposed to know that 0.1.10 -> 0.1.11 broke the old configs and caused the issues described on the above bug?
