Bug Description

Importing combat (0.8.1-1) fails with:

Aug 23 13:30:48 juju-ad5025-prod-git-ubuntu-10 git-ubuntu[17861]: error: unable to index file 'LICENSE.txt'
Aug 23 13:30:48 juju-ad5025-prod-git-ubuntu-10 git-ubuntu[17861]: fatal: adding files failed

If I extract the source, I find that LICENSE.txt has permissions of 0 (ie. unreadable for anyone).

I believe this is representable in git but will need special handling.
