Bug Description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
- open a hierarchical graph
- run YifanHu's Multi-level
(- inspect the node(labels))

This happens even when no node filters are applied (e.g. bug 594643)

Can you attach a graph file to reproduce the bug easily?

In the attached file all nodes are hosts, their child nodes are pages. With a force-directed layout everything goes fine. With a Yifan Hu multi-level, the hierarchy is broken and pages become visible.

Hi,

This is a duplicate of the bug 523912. The algorithm doesn't finish properly and leaves some meta-nodes in some graphs.
