Bug Description
When text is present in a pcb (such as in a silkscreen), the thickness is half of that given in the SymbolLine[] of the Symbol[] block. I.e. if the SymbolLine says the text lines are 12mils wide, the result will be only 6 mils wide. This was done purposely in 2003 by DJ Delorie in commit 66592387176ba25

If we change this now, all existing boards will suddenly have thicker text.
Also, please include a patch (or script) to adjust the font to compensate.
