Bug Description
The non-shrinking "delta" readout in the top bar of PCB's GTK HID prevents the toplevel window shrinking below what is quite a large size.
In general, it would be nice if PCB would support resizing to arbitrarily small sizes.

hmmm... perhaps those windows could become shrinkable if the "alternate layout for smaller horizontal size" preference is checked?
