Bug Description
After selecting "autorouted tracks only", "optimize tracks" still attempts to optimize ALL tracks, not just autorouted ones. Additionally, there is no indication that PCB is "working" while optimization is being done, and it gives the appearance of "being hung". I am using the latest release.

PCB should change the cursor to the "busy cursor" now. Can you still reproduce the "all track" part of the bug?
