Bug Description
In 20110918 this now activates the Settings drop-down menu instead of increasing the drill size. Shift-Alt-S works correctly, reducing Drill size by 5mil

Looks like a conflict in the default hotkey mapping.
Which frontend is this? gtk/gnome or lesstiff? Running pcb -h from the command line should tell you on the first few lines which ones are available; likely it's only one.
