Append input CPPFLAGS for lesstif target in configure script

Bug Description

The configure script doesn't use CPPFLAGS supplied by user if the target GUI is lesstif. The attached patch fixes this.

Hi Ahmed El-Mahmoudy,

I converted your diff into a git-patch with a change because
the file "configure" is generated from "configure.ac" by the
auto-tool autoconf, so there is no need to patch the file
"configure".

Is this bug report still relevant as I see some commits made by Peter Clifton on January 3rd, 2013 which seem to address this issue.
