No messages in Gmail

Bug Description
When adding my gmail account Geary finds all my labels but does not load any messages. Not one. I am able to send messages though. I have read about a similar problem from another user but I can't find it right now. I guess it has something to do with me using german labels and folder names or because I'm still using "@googlemail.com" instead of "@gmail". Here are some debugging information that might be useful (I replaced my name with x's, just to silence my paranoia) :
