Dropping a file over the geary icon should create a new mail with the file as an attachment

Bug Description

Geary should open the compose mail window if a file is dropped on the geary icon. The file should also be attached to the mail.

I assume you mean drop the icon on the Geary icon in the Unity dock?

Yes, in my case it'll be the Unity launcher but it should work with plank or docky or simply dropping a file over the Geary's .desktop file. I think if any file is "opened with" Geary, the compose window should show up with the file already attached.
