Test Case:
1. Insert an SD card with photos and videos into the phone.
2. Open the gallery-app
3. Wait until the gallery-app starts displaying thumbnails.
4. Remove the SD card
Expected Behaviour.
The gallery app stops generating thumbnails for non-existent photos.
Actual behaviour
It crashes.

Can't repro on image 215; the gallery app simply removes SD-based photos from the display, even if I pull the card out in the middle of thumbnailing.
