Bug Description
1. Setup 2 MariaDB or MYSQL servers with Galera and
2. Create a table with an autoincrement column
3. insert 2 rows in one of them to see that auto increment column jumps like 2, 4, 6, 8 instead of 1,2,3,4
Disconnect one of the server from cluster and see that increment is 1,2,3,4
