Desktop background does not change on secondary monitor

Bug Description
When I have a secondary monitor connected to the laptop running eos, the desktop background wallpaper changing doesn't work. In any mode (if it's either "primary display", "extended", "duplicate" or "secondary display"), the wallpaper just doesn't change. It only updates after I change the mode via Super+P.
