Instead of having our own key for enabling/disabling animations we should just listen to the one from Gtk

An user might not WM animations and want GTK animations. As so, I don't think we should get rid of the setting, but maybe by default make it GTK's. Not sure how to achieve that though, cos it would have to be done on compile-time.
