Bug Description

With the commit
https://github.com/openstack/keystone/commit/4a079a4a2290a76f66e6b110ce42ecd6e1601197

revocation driver has been moved to core and the old one naming that we use has been deprecated. Thus we need to remove usage of 'keystone.contrib.revoke.backends.sql.Revoke' driver in keystone.conf and leave it as is by default.

    Remove setting of revoke driver in keystone.conf

    contrib.revoke.sql module has been removed, we need
    to use default value in keystone.conf
