Bug Description
Steps to reproduce in Fuel UI:
1. create an environment (default wizard settings)
2. add a node and deploy the environment
3. after successful deployment try to modify the node interfaces
Expected result: this operation is possible from UI
Actual result: interfaces of a deployed node are available in read-only mode in Fuel UI

If User will change interfaces of a deployed node, he won't be able to start the node redeployment or redeployment of the entire cluster because UI doesn't know if changes were made in node settings and doesn't show Deploy Changes button on Dashboard.
So, this UX should be designed properly and Nailgun changes are required also.
That's why the issue won't be fixed in 9.0.
