Steps to reproduce:
1) deploy any cluster
2) add any role to existing cluster
3) deploy changes
4) press stop deploy button
Expected result:
1)Message that stop deploy feature for previosly deployed cluster forbidden to prevent of damage data and losting nodes in cluster
2) Deploy process continue
Actual result:
1) stop action is forbidden for the cluster - see to [0]
2) Deploy process continue

Stop deployment feature has been rewritten in Mitaka release. There should be no forbidding for stop of the deployment.
