1. Download and install detach plugins

2. Create new environment by default
3. Add 3 controllers, 3 database+keystone+rabbitmq, 1 compute, 1 cinder
4. Start deployment. It was successful
5. But there are duplicate messages on Dashboard tab for plugins (see attached screen)
