Bug Description

https://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-9.0/rhel.html#rhel-preconfigure

Section 3: Create an OpenStack repository file with the following content:

[mos-9.0]
 name=mos-9.0
 type=rpm-md
 baseurl=<url-to-repo>
 gpgcheck=1
 enabled=1
 priority=5

It's unclear what url the end user is supposed to use. I'm guessing it's:

http://mirror.fuel-infra.org/mos-repos/centos/mos9.0-centos7/os/x86_64/

We need an example for this section as well. If we go further in the docs it somewhat backs up the theory that we are using a mos-repos URL.

URL to Fuel Master node Admin IP address should be used:

http://[FUEL_MASTER_ADMIN_IP]:8080/mos-centos/x86_64/

also if release ISO is used, this one can be used http://10.20.0.2:8080/mos-centos/x86_64/Packages/
