Bug Description
We need to enable running LCM tests in CI acceptance suite (those tests have already been disabled in swarm).
The following parameters are required for env configs that do not include Ironic:
SLAVE_NODE_CPU=6
SLAVE_NODE_
ENV_SLAVE_
ENV_SLAVE_
The following parameters are additionally required to the above-mentioned in case Ironic is present:
IRONIC_ENABLED=true
IRONIC_
