Please, add job that execute gate tests for nailgun agent
* should be run by group review_
* CUSTOM_ENV should be false
* UPDATE_FUEL should be TRUE
* UPDATE_FUEL_PATH path to nailgun-agent rpm
* KEEP_BEFORE=true
