Bug Description
For job, which we use for package testing, we have to use the same flow as for fuel-library, fuel-ostf, fuel-agent and others:
1. pick up stable iso and stable fuel-qa sha
2. deploy master node
3. make snapshot
4. for a new package we have to revert ready snapshot, add repo with package -> deploy cluster
5. repeat steps 1-4 for each new package

Use specific parameters for system tests
Try to get parameters for system test from artefact of job
devops.
