Bug Description

The current level in place is extremely verbose and generates logs that can fill up disks rather quickly, even with log rotation. I propose reducing default log level to "1" and debug level to "2". It seems that the current level is 5, whcih includes every single function call performed by mongodb.

    Reduce log level for MongoDB

    adding setParameter=logLevel=1 (or 2 for debug) will reduce
    the level that MongoDB puts into logs. The default level is
    too high and should be lowered.
    Removed verbose logging option because it conflicts with this
    parameter.

    Fix mongo logs verbosity

    W/o this patch a mongo logs are too huge to be processed by
    logrotate without issues.

    The solution is to reduce the non debug verbosity level for logs
    and do not log all transactions as well (use the quiet option):
    * Sync the quiet parameter from puppetlabs-mongodb v0.10.0
    * Lower the logs verbosity for a non debug case
    * Use the quiet parameter for a non debug case
