OpenStack Release: Juno on CentOS 6.5
Deployment Mode: Multi-node
Network: Neutron with GRE segmentation

HOW TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to the controller of the OpenStack cluster.
2. Execute command "source openrc".
3. Execute command "nova endpoints".

EXPECTED RESULT:
Public endpoint for Sahara has public IP.

OBSERVED RESULT:
Public endpoint for Sahara has internal IP.

Looks like this issue reproduced in MOS 5.1.x too, need to fix it in 5.1.1
