Steps:
1. Create next cluster - CentOS, HA, KVM, Vlan Nova-Network with tagging, cinder for volumes
2. Add 4 controllers, 2 compute, 3 cinder nodes
3. Deploy cluster

Actual result - deployment failed with errors on 3 controller nodes - node-3, node-4, node-5:

(/Stage[main]/Osnailyfacter::Cluster_ha/Exec[wait-for-haproxy-nova-backend]/returns) change from notrun to 0 failed: echo show stat | socat unix-connect:///var/lib/haproxy/stats stdio | grep -q '^nova-api-2,BACKEND,.*,UP,' returned 1 instead of one of [0]
