Detailed bug description:
Deployment could not be completed because ntp-server task failed.
Steps to reproduce:
no.
Expected results:
Complete deployment.
Actual result:
Deployment failure.
Reproducibility:
Re-adding nodes after resetting the environment has the same problem.
Workaround:
no.
Impact:
Unable to complete cluster deployment.

Operation system: node is ubuntu
Versions of components：fuel 11.0 dell-poweredge-
Network model:Neutron VLAN
Additional information:
No problem with network validation, 90% error reporting per cluster deployment

By the way, my NTP configuration is correct: fuel-master serves as NTP server. Nodes can also synchronize with their normal time：
