Detailed bug description:
Fuel OPNFV "D" release don't support i40e driver for 25Gbe device in the bootstrap image and linux kernel
Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert Intel x710 for 25GbE device into the server.
2. boot all nodes.
3. login the bootstrap of each node. run cli lsmod i40e.
the i40e driver is not loaded
Expected results:
i40e driver for 25GbE is loaded

Actual result:
i40e driver for 25GbE is not loaded

Workaround:
built a customized bootstrap image with the i40e driver to support 25GbE device
