Bug Description

apache_api_proxy.pp cannot be applied on rhel7, cause mod_reqtimeout module is not loaded

    httpd: explicitly load mod_reqtimeout

    On rhel7 this module is not loaded by default, thus
    apache_api_proxy.pp fails. It worth to load it explicitly.
