Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. deploy environment (any settings) with 1 node
2. add 2nd node and deploy the environment
3. go to History tab to check deployment transactions menu on top of the tab

Expected result: each item in this menu should have a special layout in case of successful or failed deployment

Actual result: items in the menu are not distinguished by transaction status. Chosen transaction is always 'green', other menu items are 'grey'

    Failed transactions are marked with red color in the menu,
    Successful transactions are green.
