Bug Description
In Fuel 8.0 the fuel-createmirror helper script was re-implemented in Python, with few important changes:
* default protocol for fetching packages was changed from Rsync to HTTP (and Rsync is not supported anymore)
* Docker container is not required for dependencies resolution
* new command parameters were added
So, related parts of the documentation should be modified to reflect the above changes, i.e. [1]
