[ci][master-pkg-systest-centos] Packages from change requests are not fully tested

Bug Description

Today I've noticed that master-pkg-systest-centos Jenkins job started to fail [1] on new change requests [2].

Although master-pkg-systest-centos was successful on this CR [3].
It actually broke all future master-pkg-systest-centos job runs.

Also 10.0.main.ubuntu.bvt_2 [4][5] job failed because of the same issue.
