Detailed bug description:
This request related to the problem of the big quantity of statistics data that becomes greater with each passing month and each release.
Need to add limit to the number of data in one report. If number of data exceeds the limit, data divided on several reports.
Expected results:
1. Open https:/
2. Choose a big period and several releases
3. Try to download one of workloads files, for example, "Keystone users"
4. If number of data exceeds the limit, data should divide on several reports, and user will be able to download it as archive
