Bug Description

Detailed bug description:
There are [1] failed system tests caused of outdated package python-keystoneauth1-2.2.0. But this package located in the [2] mirror and here is it of 2.8.0 version, that are compatible to required. So, here is need to add this mirror as extra repo for ISO.

[pkgs-ci-both] Use all extra repos to update Fuel

Test package repository contains only package(s) built from current
change request, and donesn't contain requiremets/dependencies.

Fuel master update can use list of repositories (only URLs) delimited
by spaces, thus add all extra rpm repositories to UPDATE_FUEL_MIRROR.
