Bug Description
Reproduced in Fuel UI (10.0 master).
After migration library i18next 1.11.1 -> 3.1.0 and in case if you have previously installed fuel-ui - there is no possibility to switch language (using language switcher from navigation panel does nothing).
To make it workable it needs to delete i18next cookie manually from the browser.
