Broken User Guide link in Fuel Dashboard

User Guide link, located on the main page of Fuel Dashboard, is broken. It can be found in the "Welcome to the New OpenStack Environment!" section before any OpenStack environment is created. Currently this link refers to https://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-8.0/user-guide.html#add-nodes-ug, which does not exist anymore (404 NotFound error, when try to go there). According to the Documentation team, it has been moved to http://docs.openstack.org/developer/fuel-docs/userdocs/fuel-user-guide.html so it should be reflected in Dashboard either.
