No possibility to create snapshot for the specific env

Detailed bug description:
In current implementation of creating snapshot we don't have an opportunity to create a snapshot for a specific env

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create number of env with huge number of vms
2. Make it happen to have a necessity to have logs from one of the env

Expected results:
Choose the env for witch it will be created

Actual result:
We could have snapshot for all envs
