Cannot save environment settings in case of validation error on Networks tab

Bug Description
To reproduce the issue environment with invalid environment network settings (setting group is 'network'), for example, invalid Host OS DNS servers list. There will be validation error on Networks tab.
Then go to Settings tab, changes something and click Save Settings.
Expected behaviour: changes are saved successfully.
Actual result: there is an error pop-up with backend response about Invalid DNS addresses.
A possible solution is to send from UI editable data only to Nailgun.
